I had a wonderful experience working with Michael for my home inspection. He was incredibly thorough and paid attention to every detail, taking the time to carefully inspect the home and explain his findings along the way. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed and comfortable asking questions.

One thing I especially appreciated was Michael’s ability to speak Spanish, which made the entire inspection process even easier and more comfortable for my family. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out.

I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional home inspector. He made an important part of the home-buying process feel easy and stress-free!

Excellent experience with Michael, this was the second time he inspected my home. The first time was when I purchased my home and now I decided to have him inspect it again before the warranty expires.
I really appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and the way he clearly explained his findings and the important areas that needed attention. It gave me a great peace of mind to have him inspect my home again.
I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Thank you Michael for your excellent work.

Michael Cortes is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained exactly what he was going to do with each inspection (home, radon, sewer scope) and reviewed results immediately afterward answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend him/his company.

Michael was fantastic! So thorough and explains clearly his findings in real time. We had a kind of unconventional ask to inspect a townhome we are renting to make sure we do not miss anything on our move in inspection and Michael was so accommodating of this and again I cannot express how thorough. Would 100% use his service again in the future.

Michael is very good at his work. We had requested for inspection at the last minute, and he managed to give us a next day slot. He is very detailed in his work and found several issues which we sent to the builder for fix . I strongly recommend him.
